What can I expect in a first session?
Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. You'll be able to share what's brought you to counselling, and we'll explore whether my approach feels right for you.
How long does each session last?
Each session is 50 minutes long. We'll meet weekly at a regular time unless otherwise agreed.
Is what I say confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is confidential except in rare cases where safety is a concern. We'll go over this fully in our first session.
Do I need a GP referral?
No referral is needed. You can contact me directly to book a session.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, I offer both in-person sessions in Norwich and online counselling via Zoom.
